Perfect Materials for Roof Eaves

 

Our contractor's client, Tesco Setia Alam roof eaves were initially covered with gypsum board. However, the rain water was absorbed by the gypsum board and it is too heavy to carry its own weight and fell down.

The management has decided to use our uPVC glossy white panel to replace the existing gypsum board.

As you can see here, these photos were taken after 2 months of installation and it is proved that this material is the perfect choice.

From Selangor Royal Town, Klang to Pahang Royal Town, Pekan.

Encik Abu Bakar, a soft spoken teacher, invited to do site inspection of his newly built bungalow in Pekan. Due to the distance  between Klang and Pekan, I am quite reluctant to go.

However, with the companion of my sons and worker, we treat this as a sightseeing trip as we never been to Pekan ( better known as automotive city in Pahang.) before. However, the decision to go prove it is fruitful for us.

No doubt, it is our company wish to expand our products and services base to East Coast. Pekan is the very first place we landed. Thanks to Encik. Abu Bakar, the owner of the big house help us to realise it!

Encik Abu's hall is like triangle shape and the ceiling too. The height in the middle need to employ 3 stacks of scaffolders.

We now expanding to Rawang, Selangor.

 Pn. Hasni of Rawang facing problem of ceiling. Her plaster ceiling were damaged due to the water and moisture.

She found us and decided to use our uPVC ceiling panel code F13 (as you may see at left) to replace the existing spoiled ceiling.

The F13 is an uPVC ceiling panel that laminated with a pvc film that have UV protection feature. This panel is wood look a like and durable. The surface is strong enough to counter UV and anti fading. It is very easy to maintain and tidy.

This panel is very clean and easy to install
