We're now in Kemuning Lagoon, Kota Kemuning.

We have landed our products at Kemuning Lagoon, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Thanks to my customer, now is my friend, Mr. Raven. This unique house has more than 3 types of design for the bathrooms. Red, blue, wooden grain etc.

Be it modern design or Balinese style, we have done it at our level best to present to the house owner. We share the same though, i.e to bring out the best!

Another F & B factory added Hock Xeng Sdn.Bhd.

 

Ms. Lee of Hock Xeng Sdn Bhd found us on internet when she is busying renovate her new factory subject to GMP requirement.

She has to remove all the gypsum board ceiling tiles due to this material is not suitable as this is porous materials. Her GMP consultant advises her to get our uPVC ceiling as our products fulfill the criterion of GMP. 

We went to her factory and access the existing ceiling structure. The suspension ceiling structure is using British standard instead of system metric. In order to save the cost, we suggest her to make it 2'x2' instead of 2'x4'.

Faridah's new bungalow, Aman Perdana, Klang

Madam Fridah and Mr. Din have a bungalow in Taman Aman Perdana, Klang.

Before she made an appointment to meet us, she has downloaded some of our project photos to show her what she wants for her new house.

After some rounds of discussion, they finally come out with this design; a diamond shape design with the   lights form a diamond shape. Bravo! What a wonderful design indeed!

Journey to the East

 Ms. Yong of Raub, Pahang Darul Makmur contacted me few months ago for the detail of uPVC ceiling panel. Initially, I assigned a contractor to install for her but somehow the contractor is too busy with his plaster ceiling works and informed her her can not do it for her.

Ms. Yong then called up us again and in view of her sincerity and warm reception, we decided to do for her but since the working area is relatively small and we are unable to absorb the transportation cost. She willingly to absorb the cost. Her course of action made things simple.

We arrange one fine day and finished the assigned within a day. This is our very first time to East Coast state. We do received call from Kuantan and Terengganu, should the transportation cost can be solved, we would like to expand our service to there.

Now, we have gained our stand in Raub, Pahang. Cheer!

We are on Fast Lane now! Seremban R & R Southbound

Whenever you travel down south using PLUS Highway, please be remembered to stopover at the Seremban RSA (R & R) to have a tea break.

If your body and mind need a fresh break, then take a shower there. It is worth to take a bath there, the water pressure and temperature is just nice like a Jacuzzi massage your back.

Of course, you might just want to have a coffee break there! Take a smoke?! Whatever!

The Windy environment would make yourself feel very relaxing especially at night! So, please take a walk around the area.

While enjoying your food or having a tea time at the cafeteria, do have a look at the white ceiling on the top. Yes, these are the uPVC ceiling that give you very brighter environment here!

We just completed our latest uPVC ceiling project in Seremban R & R Southbound. During our work there, many travelers who having a break at the Rest & Service Area (RSA) witnessed our installation work have seeking further details of our products and price. We patiently explained all the detail needed.

The Seremban Southbound R & R now is much brighter compare to before, the shops operators commented. We feel like we are doing an expo there!

En. Haryady came to my office illustrates his ideas of mixing the uPVC ceiling panels with plaster ceiling. We have done according to his visions and there it is as you can see.

uPVC ceiling tiles in big house

En. Khairy first called me to check uPVC ceiling is 3 years ago. At that time, he builds a new house next to his old man's house in Sg. Pilek.

He sends his brother En. Arifin to my office to took some samples and a year after, En. Arifin asked me to install a wall panel for him as TV wall.

When I imported this new ceiling tiles,I introduce to En. Khairy and he is impressed with this. So, last week we have installed this for his big house as you can see here.
